Frequently asked questions
What is the best deodorant to stop sweating?
Regular deodorants prevent body odor but they don’t reduce sweating. Antiperspirants contain aluminum-based compounds that block sweat. You can use any version – spray, gel and roll-on – as long as they contain antiperspirant.
What is the cause of night sweats?
Night sweats are often linked to hormonal imbalances among women, especially during menopause. However, men can experience night sweats when suffer from anxiety, low blood sugar or drink too much alcohol.
Why does sweat smell?
Sweat itself isn’t smelly at all. Actually, it is your apocrine glands that produce sweat that is high in protein. This results in bacteria breaking it down easily, and as a result is the cause bad body odours.
