Who is this treatment suitable for?

A non-surgical nose job (also known as non-surgical rhinoplasty or nose filler) can be an ideal solution if you are unhappy with the shape of your nose and do not want to undergo invasive surgery. A new look can be created with Dermal Fillers and our expert practitioners can subtly and effectively change the shape of the nose by injecting filler into the nose, improving the overall appearance. If you have a bump on the bridge of the nose, filler is injected above and below the bump to make the nose look straighter and the bump less noticeable. A common issue is a ‘hooked nose.’ This can be treated by injecting filler into the tip of the nose, giving you a lifted appearance.

Your expectations will be discussed during your initial consultation with one of our medical experts. We will examine your nasal profile, considering your nose in relation to your overall facial structure, and your nose ideally should be in proportion with the height and width of your face. We will also look at chin and lip projection to ensure balance and symmetry.

Nose fillers are a series of small injections of gel which will are applied to the soft tissue in the nose to shape, straighten and contour. Injecting the dermal filler takes less than half an hour and the results will not only be instant, but last around 12 months. Our doctors and nurse prescribers will work with you to achieve great results without the need for traditional nose rhinoplasty.

JUVÉDERM® is an industry leading Dermal Filler product made by Allergan. The JUVÉDERM® collection of Dermal Fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, a natural substance in the skin that delivers nutrients, helps the skin retain moisture, softness and adds volume.

Sculptra™ is another industry leading filler made by Galderma. Sculptra™ is composed of Poly-L-lactic acid, a substance formed in the body when you exercise and a synthetic material found in dissolvable stitches and various implants.

During your initial consultations at sk:n, your doctor or nurse prescriber will listen to your concerns and will decide on the best product to achieve optimum results.

Is a non-surgical nose job safe?

Yes, nose fillers are very safe if carried out by a fully trained medical practitioner. At sk:n only doctors and nurse prescribers carry out non-surgical nose jobs and we have the highest level of regulation in the industry, exceeding all recommended guidelines and requirements.

Do you need a local aesthetic for a non-surgical nose job?

No. Filler injections cause very little pain and are just slightly uncomfortable. The procedure is very straightforward and will only take around 30 minutes.

How does a non-surgical nose job compare to other treatments?

Nose fillers have no downtime, and you can literally go straight back to work unlike other invasive treatments. With a surgical nose job (or surgical rhinoplasty) you will wear a splint on your nose for the first week, followed by dressing for up to three weeks. You should also avoid exercise or any excursion for 6 weeks. The NHS estimate in the UK you will pay between £4500 and £7000 for a nose job. A non-surgical nose job at sk:n will cost from around £365 depending on the amount of filler required, but a non-surgical nose job is not permanent and you will have to have repeat treatments around once a year.
